Chinese Teachers

  • Honest, kind, patient and innovative
  • Have the passion and willingness to pursue a long-term career in international education

  • Committed to the OCAC educational philosophy and the individualized teaching model
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work in a multi-cultural environment, team player
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field, Master or PhD degree preferred
  • Excellent English language abilities, English can be used as a working language, candidates able to teach in full English is given preference
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience in international curriculums, preferably with IB learning or teaching experience
  • Have teaching qualification for relevant subject
  • Candidates with academic honors or qualifications in related fields are preferred
  • Aged below 45

 

International Teachers

  • Honest, kind, patient and innovative

  • Excellent communication skills, able to work in a multi-cultural environment, team player
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field, Master or PhD degree preferred
  • Candidates from English speaking countries preferred
  • Candidates from non-English speaking countries must be able to use English as the working language and teach in full English
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience in bilingual or international schools, preferably with IB learning or teaching experience
  • International teaching qualification in relevant subject
  • Preferably excellent in teaching with honors in the subject
  • Have legal and valid work permit and residence permit
  • Aged below 55

 

Teachers with Overseas Experience

  • Honest, kind, patient and innovative
  • Have the passion and willingness to pursue a long-term career in international education
  • Be a lifelong learner and have the habit of work reflection
  • Committed to the OCAC educational philosophy and the individualized teaching model
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to work in a multi-cultural environment, team player
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field from overseas university, Master or PhD degree preferred
  • English can be used as a working language and can teach in full English
  • Experience in teaching international curriculums, preferably with teaching experience in overseas schools
  • Candidates graduating from G5 or The Ivy League universities will be given preference
  • IB learning or teaching experience preferred
  • Have Chinese teacher certificate/International teacher certificate in relevant subject
  • Preferably excellent in teaching with honors in the subject
  • Be able to be on board in August 2022
  • Aged below 50

 

Core Teachers/Honored Subject Area Leaders

  • Committed to the OCAC educational philosophy and the individualized teaching model
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to work in a multi-cultural environment, team player, and able to work under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field, Master or PhD degree preferred
  • 10+ years of teaching experience in related subject in reputable schools
  • Honors certificates issued by the Education Bureau such as New Talent in Teaching, Teaching Achiever, Backbone Teacher, Subject Leader, Famous Teacher and Special Grade Teacher
  • Certifications issued by the Education Bureau for the grade of primary and secondary school (kindergarten) teacher I, senior teacher, full senior teacher and other relevant titles
  • Committed to IB philosophy, preferably with IB learning or teaching experience
  • Preferably with some knowledge of English and the ability to use English as working language
  • Have teacher certificate for relevant subject
